Hi, I’m Niki — travel lover, mum, sunrise chaser, self-proclaimed French onion soup connoisseur, and the heart behind Global Travel by Design.
For over 21 years, I’ve had the privilege of creating holidays that truly reflect the people taking them. My own travels through 35 countries (and counting!) have shaped the way I design journeys today — with intention, care, curiosity and a deep appreciation for the small moments that make a trip unforgettable.
My love for exploring began long before I worked in the travel industry. Over the years, I’ve wandered through ancient cities, immersed myself in busy, bustling cities, explored quiet islands, savoured local flavours and embraced cultures across the world.
